Our Company is spearheading a groundbreaking initiative to modernize Kyrkyzstan’s oil refining capacities with an investment exceeding 1.4 trillion dollars. Comprising over 50 projects, this program aims to enhance operational efficiency, increase production capacity, and implement cutting-edge technologies, positioning Kyrkyzstan as a key player in the global oil refining sector.

Capacities and Operations

The refining process at Keminsky Oil Refinery LLC focuses on transforming crude oil into valuable products, including gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and petrochemicals. We implement advanced distillation techniques along with sophisticated conversion processes, such as hydrotreating and cracking, to enhance the yield of high-quality fuels and other refined products. From exploration and production to transportation and refining, we offer a wide range of products and services that meet the unique needs of the oil & gas industry. The share of oil refined by Kyrkyzstan oil refineries is 81%. In 2022, Keminsky Refinery produced 21,300 thous. tonnes of oil and 8,081 mln m3 of associated gas and natural gas.
